One year limited warranty

1. GENERAL WARRANTY CONDITIONS
Products and accessories sold and/or manufactured by ROLOLIGHT™ Corp. Inc. (the manufacturer) will be limited to the warranty hereinafter mentioned against defects in parts and labour regardless of the various defective components of the products or the accessories. During the applicable warranty period mentioned in sections 2, 3 and 4, the manufacturer, at its sole discretion, will repair, or replace any defective parts with new or refurbished parts if such repair or replacement is needed. During the said period, the defective part will be repaired and fixed by the manufacturer without any cost, except for the shipping to the manufacturer.

2. WARRANTY PERIOD
All products are covered by a limited warranty for a period of 1 year from the original purchase date except for the fluorescent tubes which are covered by a limited warranty for a period of 30 days.

3. ACCESSORIES
All accessories manufactured or resold by the manufacturer are covered by the same limited warranty mentioned above of 1 year from the original purchase date unless otherwise stated on the original invoice.

4. GENERAL EXCLUSIONS
The above-stated limited warranty applies as long as damage is not caused by an accident, electrical power surge, abuse, neglect misuse, fire, use of abrasive products, force majeure or an act of god. Damages caused by transport, and/or handling and/or installation are also excluded. The above-stated limited warranty is void if a product, an accessory or part of a product or of an accessory thereof has been modified or if any repairs have been attempted by anyone other than the manufacturer. Any and all components that are not provided by the manufacturer as well as any items attached or installed on either the products or accessories after the date of purchase are expressly excluded from this limited warranty. The above-stated limited warranty is also void if a product or an accessory is not used with respect to the manufacturer’s instructions or is not used for its intended purpose, including, without limitation, if the product or an accessory is used with other products or systems.

5. LIMITATIONS
THE FOREGOING LIMITED WARRANTY IS THE SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE REMEDY AND IS IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE MANUFACTURER HEREBY DISCLAIMS THE APPLICABILITY OF ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE OR USE FOR THE PRODUCT. THE TERMS OF THIS LIMITED WARRANTY CANNOT BE MODIFIED OR EXTENDED IN ANY WAY WHATSOEVER BY ANY AGENT, DEALER, DISTRIBUTOR, SERVICE COMPANY OR OTHER PARTY OTHER THAN THE MANUFACTURER. THE MANUFACTURER WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, PUNITIVE OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, OR DAMAGES, INCLUDINGBUT NOT LIMITED TO ANY LOST PROFITS, SAVINGS, DATA, OR LOSS OF USE, ANY THIRD PARTY CLAIMS, AND ANY INJURY TO PROPERTY OR BODILY INJURY (INCLUDING DEATH) TO ANY PERSON, ARISING FROM OR RELATING TO THE USE OF THE PRODUCT OR THE ACCESSORIES OR ARISING FROM BREACH OF THE WARRANTY, BREACH OF CONTRACT, NEGLIGENCE, TORT, OR STRICT LIABILITY, EVEN IF THE MANUFACTURER HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

6. HOW TO GET SERVICE?
In order to be eligible for service under this warranty the purchaser must supply a copy of proof of purchase (invoice) of the products or the accessories. The purchaser must carefully pack the defective product or accessory (the purchaser is responsible of the defective product or accessory until it reaches the manufacturer) and ship the product(s) with a short description of the problem to the following address:

The package sent by the purchaser must include following items:
1- the product or the accessory
2- a copy of the warranty
3- proof of purchase (invoice).

The manufacturer will inspect the defective product or accessory and contact the purchaser within 5 business days to notify purchaser of the results of the inspection. Then the manufacturer will return the repaired product or accessory to the purchaser as it is repaired. There is no charge for inspection.

7. GENERALITIES
This warranty gives the purchaser specific legal rights, and the purchaser may also have other rights which vary from state to state, province to province and country to country. Some states, provinces and countries do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, or the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations or exclusions may not apply to the purchaser. This is the entire warranty between the purchaser and the manufacturer and supersedes all prior and contemporaneous agreements or understandings, oral or written, relating to the products and the accessories, and no representation, promise or condition not contained herein will modify these terms.
